As part of Tastes of Greater Geelong, Hamo Hospitality presents The Heritage Table, an all inclusive dining collaboration bringing together five of our most iconic spaces, from the Federal Mills precinct to the Woolstores and the Barabool Post Office.
This four-course experience reflects the character and history of a different venue, brought to life through seasonal produce and the region’s makers and growers. Each course is paired with local wines, thoughtfully selected by our house sommelier, with beverages flowing throughout the evening.
Hosting the night is MasterChef alumni and food and sustainability advocate Simon Toohey, joined by the Geelong City Market, showcasing a curated selection of local artisans and producers.
